The set comes with 1,877 pieces and six full-color, illustrated instruction booklets that diagram tow truck model construction in 78 steps and the alternate model heavy-load truck in 95 steps, with many ministeps along the way. With that many pieces, it would be a good idea to grab a plastic portable organizer to make construction and storage a whole lot easier. Its real-world features include rear stabilizers, a working crane, rack-and-pinion steering, and a six cylinder engine with moving pistons and fan. Inside the box you'll find 25 part bags, 2 plastic rods, 10 plastic tires, a sheet of 20 decals, and the instruction booklets.
